1. Service Overview

• My Bazi consultation services are provided to help you gain insight into your personal Bazi chart and life patterns. All information shared during consultations is intended for guidance purposes and should not be construed as medical, legal, or financial advice.

2. Booking and Payment

• Booking Process: To schedule a session, please follow the booking instructions provided on the website. All bookings are subject to confirmation.

• Payment: Payment should be made in full at the time of booking. Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.

• Confirmation: Once your payment is received, you will receive a booking confirmation. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations: You may cancel your appointment up to 8 days before your scheduled consultation or the "start date" for Q&A via email to receive a full refund. Cancellations made 3-7 days before appointment will be refunded at 50% of the consultation fee. No refund if cancellation made within 24 hours.

• Rescheduling: One free reschedule is allowed up to 72 hours before the appointment. A second reschedule incurs a $50 rescheduling fee. Rescheduling made within 24 hours of the appointment is treated as cancellation.

• No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered completed, and no refund will be provided.

• Emergencies & Technical Issues: I offer one courtesy reschedule at my discretion for true emergencies or Zoom outage.

4. Q&A Policy

• One-Week Period: Following a Q&A consultation or report delivery, you will have one week to submit follow-up questions. Questions may be submitted multiple times within this period, and we will respond thoughtfully to provide clarity.

• Fair Use: The Q&A is designed as a goodwill gesture to clarify information provided in the report. Excessive or unreasonable use may result in delayed responses or limit on further questions.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

• Bazi consultations are intended as a tool for personal insight and growth. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, and you acknowledge that interpretations of your Bazi chart are subjective.

• You assume full responsibility for any decisions or actions based on your consultation. I am not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of my services.

6. Confidentiality

• Your privacy matters. All personal information and consultation details are kept confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including texts, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Susan’s Chinese Astrology and must not be used, copied, or distributed without written permission.
